The Webster Parish Clerk of Court’s office is home to the history of your parish and serves you by taking care of your public records. Holli Vining began her career in the Clerks Office in 1990 as a Deputy Clerk and was elected as your Clerk of Court in 2004. She currently employs a staff of 14 Deputy Clerks of Court who have a combined 177 years of experience.

Everyone is served by the Clerk of Court, whether directly or indirectly. The Clerk is the custodian of property deeds and mortgages, civil, criminal, probate, child support and adoption records. They manage the parish Jury Duty system as well as serving as minute clerks in the courtroom and issuing marriage license and birth certificates. In addition to records management, the Clerk of Court is also the Chief Elections official for the parish and is responsible for training and placing the commissioners who work on election day, overseeing the conduct of elections, and compiling results on election night.
